Payments for customers

Does Tyoon accept payments? Yes, but only the provider’s platform fee — not payment for the work from the customer.

Does the customer pay Tyoon or through Tyoon? No. The customer pays Tyoon nothing.

Is there a commission? Yes: typically 10% of the agreed order amount, paid by the provider after the order is completed (e.g. via Stripe).

Refunds and disputes about work payment? Tyoon does not accept or refund payment for the work. We may help coordinate a dispute; the contract is between the parties.
