Getting started as a customer

Getting started as a Tyoon customer: sign up, complete your profile and publish your first task. How to use the dashboard and find a specialist in Finland.

Account and sign-in

Create an account with email or Google sign-in. After login you enter the customer dashboard.

Complete your profile (name, phone, address if needed) before publishing your first order — some features unlock only after the profile is ready.

Do not put a phone number, email, WhatsApp, Telegram or links to external sites in your name, profile description or task description. Contact details will be shared after an offer is accepted.

  • track active and completed orders
  • manage profile, payments, and notification settings
