Doing the work and completion

After your offer is accepted, the order appears under My orders. Agree details in order comments and update status as you progress.

The sidebar separates orders by workflow stage, and the number next to each tab shows how many orders are in that exact status.

My Orders shows accepted orders, In Progress shows active work, and Awaiting Customer Review shows work you have submitted and that is waiting for the customer decision.

• My Orders — accepted orders
• In Progress — work is currently underway
• Awaiting Customer Review — work has been submitted for confirmation
• Completed — the customer confirmed the order
• Cancelled — orders that were cancelled

Mark work complete when delivered as agreed with the customer. The customer can confirm and leave a review.

Completed order cards show whether the customer has already left a review. If there is no review yet, the card shows a separate note.
