Concrete floor levelling

I have recently moved into a new house in Espoo and after a few weeks in we realaises that the concrete slab was not poured properly. There are variations in level of up to 4cm between the lowest point and a corner of the room. The floor is made of wood and there is under floor heating. I’d like to get quote for having this sorted.
